As Vice President of Learning, Gino led his team of instructors to deliver over 350 classes through ERA University in 2024. He also spearheads the monthly ReFuel National Sales Rallies and co-leads the innovative ERA Coached-Up program in partnership with Brand President Alex Vidal.
Before joining Team ERA, Gino played a key role in expanding Corcoran’s Affiliate Network as Senior Director of Learning, contributing to its successful launch. With over 13 years of experience as a real estate agent, manager, and associate broker, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a deep commitment to supporting the needs of sales associates.
Gino’s passion for storytelling and education shines through in his facilitation of agent and broker panels and group productivity courses. As a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Engagement Champion, he is dedicated to empowering leaders to unlock and leverage their unique talents, driving personal and professional growth. Gino currently resides in Beacon, NY, with his wife, Cristel, and their two-year-old daughter, Angelina.
